Yep. I remember when a large prison was built in WV & folks were so excited. Come to find out, most couldn’t qualify for the jobs because they lacked HS diplomas, couldn’t pass entry or…drug tests. Now they’re mad. Yet, when HRC went there advocating tech/coding training, they ran her out of there.
