I've been trying to watch YouTube video essays lately. Some are okay, lots aren't great. Recommendations for YouTubers that do good video essays that don't just feel like theyre repeating their conclusion over and over in different ways with no sources or supporting evidence?

I made probably my best sandwich loaf yet. Very proud. I just keep squishing the slice and watching it bounce bake. Die young or live long enough to care about gluten formation.

I love the whole "I don't have kids in school anymore, I shouldn't have to pay taxes that go to the public school" argument from people.
It's the classic "I got mine, fuck you."
I have no kids.
I never want kids.
Take more of my tax money and put it towards schools and not cops.

It looks like two of the kittens we fostered were returned to the shelter 😢
I'm just grateful that if the adopter wasn't able to care for them that they brought them back instead of dumping them.

Tonight is our last night with this crew. Tomorrow they go in for their surgeries and then will be available to adopt through the Cleveland APL. We're really going to miss all the energy and purrs they brought to the house!
