i truly do not understand Cursor's pricing model. there's no communication on what usage limits are or how close you are to hitting them... when do i get rate limited? what does that look like in practice? do i lose access to the model picker or does TPS just tank?

I think we are great risk of a future where unregulated use of tech turns America’s educational system into something even more segregated and classist than it is today - poor kids get largely automated “education” and surveillance discipline, rich kids get gentle low-tech instruction from humans.
I went to a private Waldorf high school in the 2000s that was filled with the children of tech professionals - who explicitly wanted a lower-tech education for them.
Many tech execs believe in careful exposure to tech for their kids, while also thinking AI teaching is fine for the great unwashed.
