Here’s a #WelcometoDerry theory I’ve been pondering, what if we get The Shining because something in Derry attached itself to Halloran when he left and went to London
The end of the book Cold Mountain it made the entire story pointless
You ever get to a twist in an otherwise good book that is just so unlikely and hard to buy that the characters suddenly feel like they’re cosplaying their way to the plot, so you end up reading like this:
a man with a mustache is looking at the camera and smiling .

Kurt Busiek’s Superman run and Pacheco’s art is fantastic

The Story and The Engine was a wonderful, deep and profound episode
#DoctorWho showed tonight why it needs more black writers. Brilliant combination of Afro-futurism, myth, and history. Very Doctor Who while also feeling unique and fresh.
