I once advised a startup who had come up with an idea similar to this, but theirs was based on tiny cameras and opencv. I told them that it was a horrendously bad idea, open to exploitation and abuse.

It has been brought to our attention that some sections of Article 1 are missing from the Constitution Annotated (constitution.congress.gov) website. We’ve learned that this is due to a coding error. We have been working to correct this and expect it to be resolved soon.

When I lived on the North Side of Chicago, close to the Lincoln Park Zoo, they'd test the tornado sirens at 10am on the first Tuesday of the month.
The wolves would join in, and it was glorious.
BTW, it's not an air raid siren. It's a test of the tornado warning system.
