Just decline the peer review invitation.

What are you people even doing?
More than half of researchers now use AI for peer review — often against guidance
A survey of 1,600 academics found that more than 50% have used artificial-intelligence tools while peer reviewing manuscripts.

Not comprehending a principled stance against A.I. in late 2025 is NOT the kind of socialism we need.

It's not "anti-technology"

It's anti-climate disaster, anti sycophantic suicide machine, anti tech-fascist eugenicist freaks.

I've been reporting on the criminal justice system for over a decade and have lived in an authoritarian country overseas, but I've never seen anything like the police presence in ICE-occupied Memphis. Here's my dispatch: www.motherjones.com/politics/202...

I'm so damn sick of being forced to answer the AI help prompts with either "yes" or "maybe later."

Never. I will *never* want this!

I'm now regularly sending in scathing hateful feedback about this...but I'm sure they're deleting them while rolling their eyes.
Co-Pilot is making Word unusable .. and I consider myself a Word “fan” (I’ve written a couple books with it).
One flinch. One wrong move and it’s there like f*cking “Clippy”. They need a “permanently NO” setting.

Australia's leaders agreed on Monday to tougher gun laws after the country's worst mass shooting in almost three decades.

America? Just thoughts.
Y’all see how weak we are? We won’t even have a discussion on mass shootings!

If Bezos is going to run the Post into the ground I'm just glad he's doing it in such a ham-handed, incompetent way that nobody will lend its carcass any credibility.
New: When the Washington Post ran tests on its AI personalized podcasts, the paper found that between 68% and 84% (!!) of the pods had potential issues.

Still, the paper decided to release the product anyway, saying it would “iterate through the remaining issues”

“What I’ve been feeling most is just, like, how dare this country allow this to happen to someone like me twice?” Weissman told the New York Times.
"Weissman was in her dorm room at Brown when a friend called to warn her that a shooting was under way. Her initial feelings of panic soon turned to anger, she told NBC. “I’m angry that I thought I’d never have to deal with this again, and here I am eight years later,” Weissman told NBC News."

Wanted to make a longer post about the mass shooting at Brown and found this post about Sandy Hook from 2012 and how sad is it that I can literally copy paste the exact same post because gun violence has only gotten worse without federal legislation to stop the ~40K annual preventable gun deaths.😓

They're not just requiring that students learn how to use the bullshit machine.

They're requiring students to "defend" the decisions made by AI.

Remind me, which one of them is supposedly getting the degree there?

Trump grifters and AI scammers support one another.

AI slop makes the information landscape unusable, which helps hide the various Trump cons; the lack of regulation from an administration too busy lining its own pockets gives the AI slop lords free rein to do whatever they want.
The titans of artificial intelligence have fired the first shot in a regulatory battle poised to dominate the 2026 midterms, and the industry’s prospects for victory are already looking good.

The fact that the ad took so much longer, with so much extra effort only to come out so much worse than it would be to shoot it traditionally. GenAI videos proving themselves not as useful as most techbros dream them to be.
