my biggest complaint about most mobages are that the stories suck lol. they're usually written with wish fulfillment or fanservice in mind first, so the focus isn't on interesting characters or plot lines where the mc can't easily be the hero, and that just isn't satisfying to me

one thing i really enjoy about #ptn is that pretty often story arcs/events won't feature the mc (she was literally "dead" for several main story chapters even) so you don't have the writers beholden to having to poorly work the mc into everything
