So I lost my vision in my teens and have been completely blind for over 30 years at this point. I don’t really spend time thinking about what I’ve “missed out on“ or stuff like that. One thing I do know I’n thankful for not having to see is RFK in his skivvies.😬😱

We were so inseparable as children that our parents (his mother and my father) actually worried we’d end up as one of those "primos" who get married. We didn't, of course, and we drifted apart over the last few years, but I'll forever treasure our many many moments together growing up ❤️‍🩹

Aside from all the cool guide dog commands my boy could do, I taught him the other stuff like shake, stay etc. I also taught him to close doors on command.
