damn. I just searched and the piece I wrote for them years ago about domestic violence and Title IX is gone
Hello repro writers from the mid to late 20 teens - I just discovered Cosmopolitan at some point pulled almost every politics/repro story from the 5 years I wrote for them offline (except two, which they put under someone else's name and gave me "additional reporting" which it very much was not)

There’s a Silicon Valley billionaire freak out happening about a potential wealth tax ballot initiative in California.

I hope everybody understands—the only way to make billionaires pay a similar *income* tax rate as their secretaries is via taxing unrealized cap gains or wealth

This is a false equivalence. When Ukraine attacks, it is acting in self-defence against an aggressor, not to seize someone else's land, dominate a population, or erase a culture.
Q: Some are saying Russia's recent attacks show Putin isn't serious about peace

TRUMP: Ukraine has made some very strong attacks also. I don't say that negatively. There have been explosions in various parts of Russia. I don't think it came from the Congo. I don't think it came from the USA.

Chaim Bloom has acquired six players from the Red Sox this winter, and five of them came to Boston after his departure. Hunter Dobbins is the exception.

Cardinals broadcast partner skips payment. Club says latest hiccup won't limit fan access.
FanDuel Sports Network's parent company did not meet obligations to Cardinals, leaving them with two outcomes for 2026, neither likely to disrupt if fans have access.

A senior Cardinals official confirmed to me reporting by Sports Business Journal. that Main Street Sports Group missed a payment last week that was set to be a part of the 2026 rights fees. Team is hoping for clarity but will have a broadcast solution and a DTC product next season. Story to come.

First, the comparison to Denmark is ludicrous. Denmark is a small, homogenous nation with a national health care system. Second, this is ABSOLUTELY INSANE. It would cause diseases to come roaring back, severe illness, lifelong complications & injuries, and death for children all across the country.
Breaking news: The Trump administration plans to shift the federal government away from directly recommending most vaccines for children and suggest parents consult with doctors to make their own vaccine choices.
U.S. plans to stop recommending most childhood vaccines, defer to doctors
The plan, which is not finalized, suggests children get fewer shots and shifts to a model telling parents to consult doctors to make their own vaccine choices.
