The layoffs yesterday were bad enough to get me to come back to Bluesky to say so. Absolutely heart breaking to see so many people I fought tooth and nail with to earn our contact at Zenimax kicked out the door before the ink was even dry.

“Training” is the wrong word for what LLMs are doing with all those stolen books and artworks. They’re copying, storing, and selling. We should not play along with the use of “training” which deliberately obscures what’s happening.
