Right now the Trump Admin is kidnapping and imprisoning people who oppose US foreign policy. The US, under Democratic and Republican Admins, has long backed repressive governments that arrest and disappear domestic dissidents. Hopefully experiencing what victims of US foreign policy do changes this.
