And, you all know Russell Vought. He’s become very popular recently because he can trim the budget to a level that you couldn't do any other way. So they're taking a risk by having a shutdown. Because of the shutdown, we can do things medically and other ways, including benefits. We can cut large numbers of people. We don't want to do that, but we don't want fraud, waste and abuse.”

3) Ask why they're too weak to uphold their duty as a co-equal branch of government. Ask why Republicans have the WH and both Houses of Congress and are too weak to keep government running.

Find the most public way you can do this: Xitter, Letter to Ed, call to office, a sign by their office.

- A 100% tariff on medicine unless its producer starts building a new U.S. factory in the next 5 days
- A 50% tariff on kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities
