Das ist seit mindestens 20 Jahren bekannt. Das weiß ich, weil man selbst mir das gesagt hat als ich Schüler war, dass das darauf hinausläuft.
Dass nichts dagegen getan wurde, ist die Leistung von jahrzehntelangem Schieben hin zu einem generationsübergreifenden Politikversagen. Muss man so sagen.
