No but see that's different bc when we do it, we remind them of what's wrong with America, but when they do it, they remind them of what's right with America. And if you say the difference is race you're just discouraging participation and that's why no one cares about your issues.
It's interesting watching white people in Minnesota get love, adulation and material support for doing the same thing Black and Brown folks have been doing for decades while being told we're 'divisive' and 'not helping.'

Shit like this makes me want to scream because we’ve BEEN saying “police are blowing past constitutional/ethical guardrails to hurt/kill us” and y’all acted like we were asking for the moon when it came to defunding/abolishing police.
Governmental paramilitary units such as ICE, SWAT, Marshals, etc are all under the umbrella of “law enforcement”.
Dems being afraid of being labeled “anti-police” need to summon their courage, if they have any. Otherwise, this is bound to repeat in the future.
