Anyone who's ever interacted with a customer service chatbot knows this is complete crap. It's so much worse than when you could just talk with a person. And that's for trying to do something simple; health care is much more complex, necessarily individualized in many cases, & higher stakes.

I was not anticipating feeling this level of cabin fever. Is it summer yet? Or thawed enough that things aren’t just shut down? We didn’t even get that much (maybe a foot?), but I think the bitter cold has just made it impossible to clear the roads enough.

My current colleague, former classmate, and 1/3 of the team who won the first Pop Culture Jeopardy tournament, Zach wrote this very cool piece dispelling the myth that Jeopardy contestants are bad at sports questions.
