There’s a great Polish word that translates as “tupolevism” and means essentially “the mentality of making more trouble for yourself by cutting corners”. It was inspired by the circumstances of the Smoleńsk disaster in 2010, when the presidential Tupolev crashed on approach. Anyway…
This is perfect. The DOJ's embarrassing snafu with disappearing redactions was the fault of Elon Musk. Musk cancelled government subscriptions to Adobe programs that would have made the redactions permanent. What a pack of fools.
