The decision has been made to break an American city. It is an experiment. We must do all we can (legally) to help Minneapolis hold on.

This is a clear violation of the Guarantee Clause--guaranteeing each state a republican form of government. But it's hardly the only such GOP violation. We need to get MUCH more vigorous in enforcing it!
