If I recall correctly, it’s about enlistment. They’ll tell you if you have tattoos you can’t enlist, but it’s actually not true you can get a waiver for tattoos as long as they aren’t hate symbols.
Sounds like it’s about allowing the enlistment of maga and other hate groups to me.

I finally got an answer back from CPD on Carlos Baker’s status. He’s the cop who fatally shot his partner, allegedly shortly after she ended their relationship.
