Good morning! Visa is starting to hang up or refusing escalation when asked about censorship. If you get hung up on, call back to complain about it until you get an employee who will record your complaints.

Those who've never worked in a call center, this is absolutely proof that the pressure is building. That's things that under normal circumstances never happen without disciplinary action on the employee, so the fact it's happening repeatedly means that management is feeling the strain.
