Here's an update from the post I shared a few days back.

The 21 year old youngster who protesting peacefully & holding a speaker and was shot in the face by #ICE point blank has been permanently blinded in 1 eye!

Please share this story widely!

It seems highly likely we'll have a hard-right government next. Labour is spending the parliament before that not only making itself spectacularly unpopular but also bringing in biometric ID cards, monitoring online behaviour, and undermining human rights protections. At least make it hard for them!

The BBC are pretending all European ID cards - and the British wartime ID cards lol - are the same thing as biometric cards linked to a massive national database

I firmly oppose the government’s plans for compulsory digital ID cards.

This is an affront to our civil liberties, and will make the lives of minorities even more difficult and dangerous.

It is excessive state interference — and must be resisted.

It's weird how Tylenol caused autism (first diagnosed in 1943) before it was even invented (1955). What a clever drug.

Why are the American president's claims about autism the first item on British news bulletins?

He's not our president, the advice doesn't apply here and he's not presented any evidence to support his assertions.

So why spread these claims? What make this the biggest story in the UK?

Nigel Farage and Reform have consistently voted against the Employment Rights Bill which introduces key worker protections like statutory sick pay from day one and a ban on zero-hours contracts - is that a party you would want to trust with your human rights?
On Tuesday Nigel Farage will publish his proposals for mass deportations, Prison camps, leaving the European Convention on Human Rights & scrapping the Human Rights Act, quitting the Refugee Convention and the UN Convention against Torture - is that a country we want?

The RNLI and their volunteers represent the country at its best.

Labour could tax the super-rich to end poverty, build social housing and fix our NHS.

They are choosing to go after the worst-off instead.

For a while, many people didn’t know what this government stood for. They do now: tough choices for the poor, endless money for war.
