With Democrat Adam Gray’s win in California yesterday, the GOP majority in the next Congress will be only 220-215. If it wasn’t for illegal gerrymandering by NC Republicans — which the Supreme Court let slide — Hakeem Jeffries would be the next House Speaker with a 218-217 Democratic majority.
