The EU plans to implement a digital payment service which will be free of charge and replace the Visa/Mastercard/Paypal/Google/Apple methods which all charge 1-3% for nothing, it will be the standard payment method in the EU.

Zelensky expects Putin to reject the peace plan. Zelensky says this should trigger stronger US pressure on Russia. He plans to discuss military aid, air defense, and possible European troop presence with Trump. Any territorial concessions would require a referendum.
