What is the point if we don't fight? Because there is still so much to fight for.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, it's intentional. They're calling it "flooding the zone." The intent is to overwhelm and exhaust us so we can not effectively resist. Something simple you can do right now now is to make sure to take breaks and rest.

As more businesses decide foolishly to remove DEI policies, pay attention and share those companies.
Companies pacified us for monetary gains and are removing policies because they think we will “get over it”. I will not. I put my money where my mouth is.
