So I watched the shooting video frame by frame and it looks like:

1) They were beating a struggling man with batons

2) His jacket opened revealing a gun in his waistband or lower back

3) The agent in gray grabbed the gun and was walking away

4) THEN the other agents shot the man in the back

One of Uptown's last single-room occupancy buildings, the Northmere, closed on Friday, leaving many tenants scrambling to find new housing. After the building failed 13 inspections in the past few years, a judge ordered residents to vacate, with tenants being given $2,500 for relocation expenses.

This should be a turning point, the wholly unavoidable death of a man who worked on that farm for 10 years. I doubt it will be, because our country is run by monsters who unleash masked thugs on hardworking people and chase them to their death.
