Exactly this. My first reaction when I heard the name of it was you couldn’t be serious. “Homeland Security”? Straight out of dystopian science fiction and they just went with it. And now President Biff Tannen is sending secret police in stormtrooper outfits to Minnesota.

I've always hated the claim that "it only takes 3.5% of the people to protest..." It's SO stupid.
