A large species of raptorial sperm whale from the Miocene. Named after the author of Moby Dick, Herman Melville, this whale was a top order carnivore that competed against O.megalodon. It preyed on other whales, seals, sharks, and etc. Each tooth measured to be ~1ft in length.
