"Life Between the Tides," which is mostly about the ecology of tidepools, does have a chapter on the area of Ireland where the author lives, including stories of changelings, and his suspicions that they were a way of understanding post-partum depression.

I worry we're being too blase about Republicans in Congress refusing to swear in an elected Democratic representative.

Like, are they trying to delay an Epstein vote? Maybe!

But they're also disenfranchining those voters and depriving Democrats of a seat. And they might do so indefinitely!

Many tried “dice pools as clocks”. IMO many failed.

I’m a senior software engineer by trade so I wrote code to run thousands of simulations to find the best way.

A way were the math is sound and makes sense.

This uses this mechanics and I’ve been testing it for 1+ year at an actual table

K O'Neil's second tea dragon book is a prequel. "The Tea Dragon Festival" has many of the same themes as the original - finding a career, making new friends, recovering from a long illness, appreciating natural beauty. The tea dragons play a smaller role than in "Society."
