I've been thinking about this a long while. Sure, we don't have Minneapolis or Los Angeles or Chicago numbers. But we have space and we have people who know the place. Here's a few things to do and hopefully others will jump in with more (thread)
One of the cities they're targeting in Maine has 90 cops. The other has like 300. The area surrounding is rural. Wtf are regular people supposed to do when thousands of ice assholes show up, besides protest? I wish someone had a real answer 😡😭

Can confirm. My kids are glued to their iPads watching YouTube and I regularly hear them dismissing videos that pop up because they're A.I. crap. I didn't even have to do anything! They just know it's slop on sight.

finally finishing up watching the Jack Smith testimony and all I can think is how freaking whiny the GOP questioner, Jim Jordan and apparently Trump are. Wish he (Smith) had been able to talk more about the actual evidence but I understand why that wasn't possible. Hope he writes a book someday.

yes. it's almost like an awful lot of candidates not actually believing the policy positions that they publicly espouse got us into this mess in the first place. Surely it couldn't backfire by doing it MORE, right?
Political party policy positions are simply not chess pieces that experts in public opinion can shuffle around to maximize vote totals. Parties take positions because party actors care about those policies, and also (less relevant with death penalty) because voters want solutions to big problems.
