I totally get that! If you've typed them up, you can easily put the text in the alt text or if you want you can add a supplemental post after your image that has the words? I'm glad you try! It's for sure better to miss a few times than to not do it at all :)

Trying is good! There's a setting that makes Bluesky remind you before posting images too which is great. It takes practice to get to be decent at writing the text but I've seen the advice that you should pretend you're describing it to someone over the phone and I think that's pretty solid!

If we had responded to Covid by normalizing masking, providing respirators in healthcare & adopting clean air standards…we could have beaten the virus.

We would also be seeing less measles, colds & flu.

We would all be healthier.

I believe history will see it as one of our greatest failures.
