I would have been eviscerated in college for presenting something so lazy and suburban. Chicago really needs to bring back design competitions. There is too much talent in this city to keep letting corporations phone in multimillion dollar projects

There's a lot of talk about how there's a conservative backlash coming in the next mayoral election, but it really feels like Chicago has yet to actally elect a progressive post-Daley mayor
