A surprisingly common type of blue city mayor is the "How is making me do any work going to improve this terrible situation? Idiot!" varietal. Chicago basically grows these people in greenhouses.
In the Skyway 20 minutes after an ice abduction, mayor Frey walks through the government center. A lady yells at him "what are you doing to stop this? Fuck you." He responds, "is that helpful?" With a smirk on his face.

Police in Bloomington, MN just announced that one of the guys they arrested in an underage sex trafficking sting was a **background checker for ICE agents.**
