Dublin’s congestion won’t be solved by adding more road space. We need to restore the 2:1 investment ratio in favour of public transport and active travel. Ireland is now the 11th most congested city in the world according to an Inrix study inrix.com/scorecard/?u...

If you want safer streets, less pollution, a nicer environment, better public transport, it’s
not enough to say, “yeah that’s a great idea” - you need to register your approval and support.

Otherwise the negative voices will appear to be the majority!

The Climate and Health Alliance met Minister Darragh O’Brien on the 21st of May to push for stronger action on air quality, active travel, and public transport. CHA urged faster retrofitting, a public and active transport funding boost, and fossil fuel ad bans to protect human and planetary health!
