I can't decide what's dumber/worse: The name "Donroe Doctrine" or what it entails
Q: Back in 2016, you criticized the US being involved in regime change and nation building. You stance has changed on that

TRUMP: This isn't a country on the other side of the world. This is Venezuela. It's in our area. The Donroe Doctrine

We need to be honest with ourselves and our leaders about Venezuela

We are a rogue state, a global pariah

Trump is ruling as a dictator, period

An axis of evil wants to carve up small, resource-rich nations

The message for 2026 is clear: No kings!

Trump's illegal war on Venezuela cemented his claim to dictatorship and marked the U.S. as a global pariah.

I felt Rick Rolled watching the movie.

OK that's too harsh. It was good just nowhere near as great as the first or as good as the second.
This is true and I was the only one on set excited about it (and playing the song on my phone to blank stares)
Just watched the new Knives Out and I think it's really important you know that the scene in the Seminary's Gym is filmed in the same place Rick Astley filmed the music video for Never Gonna Give You Up.

I saw the window tracery and immediately made my friends pause the film so I could tell them.

But I was told by serious people on here that even though the regime lies about everything we could trust things like jobs numbers?
Jerome Powell revealed that staffers at the Fed think the government could be overestimating the number of jobs created by 60,000 each month.

The true numbers could be closer to a loss of 20,000 jobs a month. trib.al/3m2ZShR

The regime inherited the best economy in the world, with high inflation and then drove the economy into the ground while also increasing inflation.

Oh and crime. SO much crime
BARTIROMO: What are you expecting the president's economic message to be?

SEN. McCORMICK: I think the message is that we inherited a trainwreck from the Biden administration and we made a lot of progress

This is all the University of Chicago's fault
We’ve seen that American capitalism is one of the harshest forms of capitalism on the planet. How did it get so bad?

The Michael Dell donation is suspicious to say the least. This is a convoluted and ineffective way to give money to people who need it. Its just a political ploy and a way to quite literally pay low income, low info voters at a critical time.
