I’m sure Free Speech Warrior Nigel Farage will be having a word about this?

They’re choosing a politics that doesn’t scapegoat the vulnerable or remain quiet on injustice.

People are choosing to make hope normal again.

I suppose some people will be happy or not depending on how much trust they have in their councils.
A bill to reform bus services in Wales was passed by the Senedd yday.

The Bus Services (Wales) Bill hopes to transform the way local bus services are planned and delivered across Wales, giving councils a bigger say in how services operate.

Bus services will be "brought back into public control."

Ouch!
This should be a wake up call to Keir Starmer. Trump is not a reliable ally.

Trump wants to weaken Europe and carve up Ukraine while cosying up to Putin. Britain and our allies in Europe must stand together against his threats and bullying.

To parents: Prevent and Act Early Campaign has an amazing amount of advice, links and resources.

There is help and guidance. The link to what has been mentioned is in the next thread.

Yep and we should be seeking it all back. Not just for the economic side but as a warning this is not acceptable.
Covid fraud under the Tories cost the UK taxpayer £10.9bn.

VIP lanes and crony contracts.

Lack of anti-fraud controls in Covid scheme.
Money handed out for non-existent employees
Newly formed companies got public money
No competitive tenders
Poor checks on quality.

How much would be recovered?

He's been on Question Time once.

Nigel Farage, 44 times.

Abolutely brilliant! So many people with young families from all walks of life and society really benefitted from the Sure Start scheme and hubs. In the long run it was proven that they saved money and lives while helping communities bond.

Personally, I know they really helped me with my eldest.
Best Start Family Hubs

You may have missed that the Labour government is setting up these new hubs - a rebranded & modernised version of Sure Start!

The latest announcement is that from April they will act as a one-stop-shop for SEND support, & speech & language services!

It is a bit wet and blustery in Pembrokeshire. Even the birds aren't nagging for their food today (I swear they are flying cats- hangry with a side of cuteness).
Low pressure is once again dominating as we move into the weekend.

A frontal system is pushing eastwards across the UK bringing an increasingly wet and windy day. You may want your waterproofs if you're about to head out, even if it's dry right now.
