I heard the Louis DeJoys USPS changed their rules for when mail is post marked. As of Dec 24 it gets postmarked when it hits the sorter, not when it’s in the post office. This could fundamentally impact elections and tax returns. What can be done to reverse this policy?

He’s definitely talking about the insurrection act - that was always the plan if SCOTUS didn’t let him use the Guard as his personal military force. He’s going to look for a reason to invoke the Insurrection Act and bypass their ruling.
