Republicans worried that steep Medicaid cuts in their big tax bill would shutter rural hospitals. To pass it, they included a $50B rural health care fund.
But a very different group of hospitals will bear the brunt of the law: large urban safety-net hospitals.

This is a crazy take based on the writer’s experience with long lines. 🙄 if the company was thriving, they wouldn’t be firing all the cashiers. I was a target super fan until this year. Once you stop shopping there, it is easy to break the habit.

I am sure this is a terrible book and he’s probably a terrible author. However, “he’s just not that into you,” is pretty accurate for cis hetero relationships.
