I know it’s not great to do things last minute, but I have to say, having read 4 papers and written their reviews, and not being able to submit them because openreview is down is really frustrating. Now the site is back but the review task is closed 🙃

5,290 papers will be published at NeurIPS this year. If you could still get the proceedings in a book, it would be like 50,000 pages long. That’s 14.5 papers a day to read each and every day until the next NeurIPS

🚀 DinoV3 just became the new go-to backbone for geoloc!
It outperforms CLIP-like models (SigLip2, finetuned StreetCLIP)… and that’s shocking 🤯
Why? CLIP models have an innate advantage — they literally learn place names + images. DinoV3 doesn’t.
