RE: My last re-skeet

The idea that corporations are protected by free speech is absolute bullshit.

Corporations are legal entities, not people. And they're not entitled to buy elections.

This sounds wacky but it is backed up by science.

“So what if he disagreed with you, he didn’t deserve to die”

But he thought I did.

This isn’t disagreement. It’s someone who was not only opposed to my existence but was called a good and faithful servant by the church for doing it.

I don’t have to mourn that. And asking me to is violence too.

Thank you for the love this summer as we continue our tea house pledge drive! We've made it over halfway to our goal to defeat the survival debt cost that's bleeding our small community space dry.

Once we hit goal, we can keep all our revs and be back to breaking even! (1/4)

Here is a script you can use for any issue. Find your reps' # at reps.fyi or 5calls.org. Every time you see a news story that horrifies you: call, or something else about it. It matters to say what you believe. You are setting a norm.

"Don't comply in advance" is a directive for people with power, for organizations, for the news media. If the fascist are going to repress; make them work for it.

It is not a directive for individuals trying to survive. Do what you need to be safe.
Do NOT come at people who are non-citizens or transgender people or anyone else who is part of a group at imminent risk with “do not comply in advance” platitudes or shaming.

People are going to do whatever they feel they need to do to stay safe.

Solidarity is supporting them in their choices.

JD Vance spearheaded a federal ban on mask mandates.

He said it was “a massive victory for personal freedom in this country.”

So wear a mask because JD doesn’t want you to.

Wear a mask to make them harder to ban.

Wear a mask as a form of community care, solidarity and resistance.

Folks who enjoy tea! You can now get compostable tea bags from the amazing @fridaytea.com and while trying to get their second machine up and running they could really use more busines right now! Go get tea! (Both bagged and lose help!)
A very Monday Monday in import land! We're back in broker hell again with another $5.3kish invoice and a five day deadline before they start stacking holding fees. Same shady bull as the import of the teabag robot, and we're still locked in from the last contract.
