Not a happy anniversary, but I'm glad I'm alive and improving.
I'm sad that almost 20% of teachers in Ontario continue to suffer with Long COVID like me.

Well, I spoke too soon. LC hit my heart again. This time a heart attack.
Im young (48) and healthy (except for LC).
I was just skating (usual exercise) and I had a heart attack. Luckily a stint did the trick.
Resting in ICU now.
Avoid infection.
Sleeping in my Q100 tonight😓
