Jeg deler din analyse. Jeg har siddet til talrige briefinger om Rusland og Ukraine med deltagelse af bl.a. FE, og jeg er helt enig i, at man ikke kan se Rusland som en gængs aktør, der har respekt for spilleregler og rationelle principper. Deres militære kapaciteter skal heller ikke undervurderes.
