Real question for Palestinians out there:

I see people wearing keffiyehs at protests who don’t appear to be of Palestinian descent, and I’m curious about what the context of the garment is. From someone who isn’t educated on the matter it looks like appropriation but maybe leans more solidarity?

Context collapse is (in my personal opinion) why I think we would be much better suited going back to forum style social media as opposed to mass social media.

Go find whatever info you want, but without explanations & community discussion the odds of you coming to a reasoned conclusion are slim.
