I think he can argue the potential reputational harm from the association is a fundamental change of the contract (i.e., he would not gave agreed to it). Trump is a convicted felon. I think it’s a fair argument if someone, say, did not want to perform at the Ted Bundy Center for the Arts

The reason Trump talks up his frequent cognitive tests is because he literally confuses them with IQ tests (which is why he often refers to people as low-IQ individuals).
