Still a mess, and still lots more to do, but I got my Super Nintendo, N64, Gamecube, Wii, and Playstation 2 all simultaneously hooked up and working without needing to plug and unplug wires.
Work had to pause because with the N64 hooked up the wife has been playing Dr. Mario for the last 2 hours...
