Inflation isn’t all the same. When prices rise because demand is strong, firms earn more and can raise wages. With tariff-driven inflation, firms face higher costs, not higher revenues—so prices go up but paychecks don’t. Same pain, less gain.

I have said it many times before, but here goes: All autocrats get to extrajudicial executions eventually. Trump already has done so with the people in boats. Now he wants to extend it to American citizens who oppose his rule. Impeach, convict, remove!
