I care less about Signal chats and more about the blacksite offshore concentration camps we're sending random people to without any semblance of a trial, so I'll be interested to see if the national media can rub their bellies and pat their heads at the same time this week. Historically they can't.

The cruelty is the point. The banal, vicious, performative cruelty. Turns out ‘anti-woke’ just meant anti-decency, anti-humanity & anti-rule of law.

As recently as twelve months ago, the publication of this opinion piece would have caused pandemonium among the paper's rank and file.

Nigel Farage has told ITV News the first thing he would do as prime minister if he won a general election would be to remove the UK from the European Convention on Human Rights

That alone is good reason never to vote for Reform UK.

THIS IS WHY

Unfortunately I strongly suspect he'll be shielded from them like last time
If Trump is to come to UK, huge demonstrations have to leave him in no doubt he is despised & hated here. Hopefully, his ego won't be able to cope, wrecking any US-UK trade deal.

A reminder of a pretty etymology to brighten the day. The ‘daisy’ takes its name from the Old English ‘dæges ēage’, ‘day’s eye’, because it opens its petals at dawn, and closes them again at dusk.

A clear ruling that Women are a distinct group under the Equality Act.

Now the #EHRC & national gov'ts must step up for women, update guidance & align policy & practice with the law
