do not mistake me for a sea turtle hater but to be honest some of the things that people are crying overconsumption for are just bulk buying and putting things in nice looking containers. like is she wasting plastic or did she just go to costco. be real

I think multiple elected officials just nonchalantly being like “Elon Musk is not a government employee and has zero authority so his words are basically toilet paper” would probably result in one of the most epic public breakdowns and illegal threats against federal officials we’ve ever seen
Truly don’t understand why someone, anyone, hasn’t said to treat every order Elon gives as de facto illegal until a court clarifies what authority he has

it snowed this morning, and we decided it was probably best not to drive up to michigan to visit in laws in that kind of weather. the cats are terribly sad about it.

also maintain the best strategy for dems is to get mcconnellpilled. "no" to everything and run on how much he sucks in the midterms
things i think as we enter another 4 years in the funhouse:
1/ trump doesn't have the horses or the discipline to end democracy and stuff
2/ trump's agenda is going to be very unpopular when it's actually implemented
3/ this is still gonna be a nightmare
