In ihrem Gesetzentwurf zur Abschaffung des Lieferkettengesetzes erwähnt die Union mehrfach, dass es 2023 in Kraft getreten ist - und erweckt damit (zusammen mit der Passiv-Konstruktion) den Eindruck, dass es von der Ampel stammt.
Dabei wurde es 2021 von der unionsgeführten Groko beschlossen.

—It takes time. We recently went through a successful impeachment in 2017, and it took aaaages. We did it tho!
