Loops in terraform are run in parallel, but I found a way to create a "sequential" FOR loop. This type of loop can serve as a major building block to help build more complex algorithms in terraform that were simply not possible before.

Makes me wonder what instructions and information the officers are receiving. If someone's going into a classroom with guns raised, that's an institutional failure rather than the particular individual's whose gun went off.

Technologies that allow us to do more with less (read: are efficient uses of resources) are the shit, my jam, and cool as hell.
Technologies which seemingly need more and more resources (energy, compute cores, human labor) to do questionable things at best are whack and you shouldn't like them.
