If you'd have described the sequel to the killer AI doll horror movie as a T2-like action-adventure, you wouldn't have been believed. But that's what it is. It's not as good, obviously, & it's cheesier than the moon was in 1940s cartoons. It's no horror film.

Aren't there lots ot structural road changes that have been proven to reduce speeding? I feel like that sort of thing would be more effective than a focus on enforcement. Just on a basic human behavior level

SUBJECT: Implementing National Security Presidential Memorandum-7: Countering Domestic Terrorism and Organized Political Violence[^1]
On September 25, 2025, President Trump issued a National Security Presidential Memorandum titled Countering Domestic Terrorism and Organized Political Violence (NSPM-7). Therein, citing recent assassinations, assassination attempts, attacks on law enforcement, and mass destruction caused by "criminal justice" rioters, President Trump highlighted the grave threats posed by "sophisticated, organized campaigns of targeted intimidation, radicalization, threats, and violence designed to silence opposing speech, limit political activity, change or direct policy outcomes, and prevent the functioning of a democratic society." To combat these growing threats, President Trump directed the federal goverment to implement a focused strategy to root out all culpable participants—including organizers and funders—in all domestic terrorism activities. This guidance memorandum is designed to further mobilize and advise federal law enforcement on the investigative priorities outlined by NSPM-7.

I set up a temp situation for my Level 2 EVSE today to charge up my car. Good old dryer socket 240v set to 24 amps limit. It's working. Seems safe. I have a switch with a breaker just in case. The car will now charge ~24 hours faster than the Level 1 does on 12v.

Speaker Johnson officially announces another week off for the House. That means 20 work days in 18 weeks since July 4. The House is currently scheduled to be out the week of Nov. 10. It's not clear if that will change.
