Thirteen years ago, 20 children and six educators were killed in a horrific shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary.

Our students deserve to grow up and go to school without fear. I will keep fighting for policies that keep our communities safe from acts of senseless gun violence.

One thing Americans have to break themselves out of is assuming certain policies are impossible, because all this is a policy choice and a sizable chunk of the world isn’t worried about their schools be shot up.

I went for a jog bc it's been a stressful week at work, y'all.. And then I tripped and ROLLED to a sitting position (lucky to be honest)... on a stretch of the sidewalk where there was ZERO snow/ice. 😳

Booksky post. It's a historical fiction novel about Hadley Richardson, the first wife of author Ernest Hemingway. Absolutely enjoyed it. It chronicles their marriage during the 1920s in Paris.
